Why does the NYXI Flexi use an asymmetric rotor motor?

The asymmetric rotor motor design provides uneven vibration feedback between the left and right hands, enhancing the immersive experience. The left hand may receive lighter vibrations, while the right hand may experience stronger feedback. This design choice enriches the game’s haptic feedback, providing a more dynamic and intense vibration experience.

Why won’t my NYXI Flexi Wireless Game Controller turn on?

To ensure proper functionality, please charge the controller fully before using it for the first time.  Simply connect the controller to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.

Why isn't the left joystick or D-pad functioning properly after I replaced the module?

It’s possible that the module wasn't fully installed, causing poor contact. To resolve this, simply reinstall the module by ensuring it is properly seated and pressed all the way into place. 

Why does the mode seem incorrect when I use the combination keys to connect my device?

When using combination keys to switch modes, the ABXY keys refer to the positions based on the PC layout. Since the ABXY keycaps on the NYXI Flexi are swappable, it’s important to ensure you're pressing the keys according to their PC layout positions rather than their physical locations on the controller.

Can I turn off the RGB lighting on my NYXI Flexi?

Yes, you can adjust the brightness of the RGB lighting using the Keylinker App. By setting the brightness to the lowest level, the lights will turn off completely.

Is the gyroscope feature on the NYXI Flexi only available on the Switch?

Yes, the gyroscope functionality is only supported on the Switch. 

Does the RGB lighting on the NYXI Flexi Wireless Game Controller have a memory function?

Yes, the RGB lighting on the NYXI Flexi does have a memory function. This means that once you adjust the lighting to your preferred settings (such as color, brightness, or effect), the controller will remember your settings the next time you use it, so you don't need to adjust the lighting again.
