What is the warranty period for NYXI products?
NYXI products purchased from the NYXIGAME/nyxigaming store come with a 2-year warranty period. During this time, if any quality issues arise with the product, customers are eligible for free repair services.
Free Warranty Service:
We provide this warranty to ensure that new products are free from defects, malfunctions, or failures upon delivery. Within the warranty period, if your product exhibits defects, malfunctions, or fails to operate according to its technical specifications, we will bear the costs and decide whether to replace, repair, or refund you the purchase price.
What is not covered/excluded by the warranty?
1. Non-quality related issues.
2. Normal "wear and tear" — damage and/or malfunction caused by normal use, wear, or aging.
3. Problems or damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
4. Deliberate or negligent damage by the user, such as misuse, dropping, throwing, or other forms of abuse.
5. Improper operation or maintenance, failure to follow product instructions, or incorrect power supply voltage connection.
6. Unreasonable or excessive use of the product, including commercial purposes.
7. Exposure of the product to liquids, moisture, or chemicals.
8. Exposure of the product to extreme temperatures or conditions.
9. Alteration or removal of identification labels from the product/components.
If your warranty period has expired, what should you do?
If your product is no longer covered by the warranty, you will be responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the repair or replacement costs, as well as all shipping costs to and from NYXIGAME. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it, and after the inspection is completed, we will contact you to inform you of the total cost for repair or replacement. If your product is not within the warranty coverage, your product will not be repaired or replaced until we receive your payment. Failure to pay for the repair or replacement of the product may result in the product being returned to you unrepaired, with costs borne by you.
