Upgrade Firmware

If you have any problems after the update, please contact us at support@nyxigame.com. Updating the driver will fix some basic issues such as One-Key Wake-Up, + and - button issues, dead zones, and some rumble issues.
Tips:
1. Please download the corresponding update package for the product you want to upgrade.
2. It is not necessary to upgrade the controller when it is operating normally.

NYXI Wizard - Upgrade Guidelines
1. Search and install the KeyLinker App in the app store on your phone or tablet
2. Turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone or tablet and run the APP
3. Press the pairing key on the handle to confirm that the 1-4 LED lights are on
4. Click on the device "SJ01(L) or SJ01(R)" that appears in the APP to connect.
5. Click the submenu, select firmware update, the system prompts that there is a new version, select update immediately

👉1. KeyLinker App upgrade operation steps
Step 1: Download KeyLinkerAPP
For Apple phones, search for keylinker in the STORE app to download, and for Android phones, search in the Google Play Store to download.

Step 2: Switch the controller to Bluetooth pending connection status. Different models of controllers have different operating methods, please refer to the corresponding product manual.
Step 3: Open KeyLinker App, scroll down the page and wait, and it will automatically search for nearby Bluetooth signals. Click on the Bluetooth name of the product you want to upgrade.
Step 4: After successful connection, click on the small gear on the right side of the Bluetooth name.
Step 5: Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select the firmware update option.
Step 6: Wait for the APP to recognize the firmware version, click upgrade, and wait for the controller upgrade to complete.
Note: Sometimes clicking on it may result in the latest version being --. In this case, simply re-enter the firmware update page and refresh it.

👉2. Steps for upgrading firmware
Step 1: Download the firmware upgrade program and open it.
Step 2: Insert the USB cable into the computer, hold down L3 while the controller is turned off, and insert the USB cable.
Step 3: Click on ‘’Update Firmware'' button and wait for the automatic upgrade to complete.

Upgrade Guidelines for Other NYXI Controllers
1. When the controller is in OFF mode, open the upgrade file on the computer.
2. Press down on the left joystick (L-stick). While holding the left joystick down, connect your controller to your PC or compatible device using a data cable.
3. Click Update Firmware on the computer

Note: The upgrade platform supports Win XP/Win7/Win8.1/Win10, but does not support Apple ios system upgrade.
